Cheapest Load of Rubbish $1,000.00 Visa Gift Card Giveaway Terms & Conditions

Information on the prize and how to enter this competition, form part of these terms and conditions (T&C’s). By participating, entrants agree to and are bound by these conditions. Entries must comply with these conditions to be valid.

The promoter is Cheapest Load of Rubbish Pty Ltd – ABN 35 610 702 657, Address: 657 – 659 King St, St Peters NSW 2044

• 2.1 The giveaway is open to residents of Sydney, New South Wales (NSW), who are aged 18 years or over. Directors, management, employees and their immediate families of the promoter, associated entities and agencies associated with this competition are ineligible to enter.

• 3.1 The competition commences at [12:01AM AEST 2nd August 2024] and ends at [11:59pm 31st August 2024 AEST]

• 4.1 To enter the giveaway; participants must book and pay their invoice in full for a rubbish removal collection with any of the three Cheapest Load of Rubbish Franchises located in Sydney: Hills District, Sutherland Shire, and Sydney district, within the competition period ONLY
• 4.2 A limit of one entry per customer applies.

• 5.1 The prize includes 1 x VISA Gift Voucher to the value of $1000 only.
• 5.2 The total prize pool is [1,000.00 AUD IN VALUE]
• 5.3 The voucher is valid until the expiry date specified on the VISA gift voucher (the prize) or by the gift voucher provider.
• 5.4 The VISA gift card is not transferable or redeemable for cash or any other products or services.
• 5.5 The Visa gift voucher can be used anywhere that Visa gift cards are accepted.
• 5.6 The terms and conditions applied to the use of the Visa gift voucher are as specified by the VISA gift voucher provider.
• 5.7 The prize is subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equivalent or greater value without giving notice.
• 5.8 All taxes which may be payable as a consequence of receiving the prize, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

• 6.1 All valid entries will be included in the draw.
• 6.2 The random draw will take place at [16:00PM AEST 4th September 2024
• 6.3 The FIRST valid entry drawn will be the winner of the prize (VISA Gift Voucher).

• 7.1 The winner will be contacted via phone and/or email to notify them they have won the prize.
• 7.2 The winner must claim their prize by picking up the voucher from 657-659 King Street, St Peters; or by instructing us to deliver the voucher to a chosen address within the Sydney metropolitan area within 3 business days.
• 7.3 Cheapest Load of Rubbish takes no responsibility for a lost or stolen Visa card during or after delivery.
• 7.4 If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 3 business days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and a replacement winner will be drawn.

• 8.1 Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
• 8.2 Upon registering for this promotion, you permit Cheapest Load of Rubbish and its related entities to distribute marketing material to you for any future promotions or business activities.

• 9.1 The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

• 10.1 The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters regarding the giveaway will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
• 10.2 The giveaway and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
• 10.3 By entering this giveaway, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions

• 11.1 Cheapest Load of Rubbish Pty Ltd will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered (even if caused by negligence) as a result of the Winner(s) accepting and/or using the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Cheapest Load of Rubbish is not responsible or liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered by any winner as arising from, or in connection with the Prize supplied by the prize supplier, or the conduct of the prize supplier.

• 12.1 Cheapest Load of Rubbish Pty Ltd reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the giveaway at any time without prior notice
